Tarun Kandhari, FCA
Founder Partner & Chairman

Tarun Kandhari is the founder partner of the firm. He qualified in year 1992 from ICAI and also holds diploma in computer programming and system analysis. After completing his article ship from Agra, the place of Taj Mahal, he started his own practice in Delhi and later also joined hands with a leading chartered accountancy firm of Delhi. He has carried out various assignments including various transactional audits of USAID grants, audits of many PSU’s of The Government of India and has signed balance sheets of various banks and PSU’s in the capacity of an auditor. He has also carried out quality assurance audits on behalf of Citibank and is actively involved in preparation of business plan and tax planning for various companies across varied sectors. He also represents companies for various assessment proceedings and appellate with relevant authorities. Currently, he is also working as trustee and advisor to a number of NGO’s in Delhi.

Renu Suri, FCA
Managing Partner

Ms. Renu Suri is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, started her professional career in 1993, with a chartered accountancy firm and later moved to various Indian corporate and MNC’s gaining rich experience, specializing in accounts, finance and corporate affairs. While heading the operations and being part of top management, Ms. Suri was instrumental in setting up business & financial processes for ensuring optimum utilisation of resources and had successfully aligned business strategy with processes among various units. Her experience spread around various sectors including manufacturing, services, distribution channel, commercial sectors, among others. In short, her job profile has been to lead multi-disciplinary teams focusing on accounting and finance, borrowings from financial and banking institutions, appraisal and monitoring of debtors and vendors status, information generation and MIS, finalization of annual accounts statements, banking, taxation, corporate affairs, statutory and legal matters, as well as HR and administration.

Doel Khema (FCA)
Partner

A fellow chartered accountant by profession having more than seven years of post-qualification experience. Her wider range of experience in handling audit & assurance assignments contributes to the firm technically. Besides having a keen eye for detail, she excels in recognizing lacks in internal controls.

Rahul Bhagchandani, ACA
Partner - Ahmedabad

Rahul is an Associate Member of ICAI and Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University and started his practice as a partner of R B A B & Co in 2016 and then the firm was merged with Tarun Kandhari & Co LLP in 2018, and since then he has been a partner of the firm. Having rich experience of Industry, particularly Banking Industry, he had been the Credit Manager for a commercial bank. Currently operating from our Ahmedabad branch, in the past he had also serviced as an associate to some Chartered Accountants firms in Ahmedabad for different projects like Bank’s Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit & Stock Audit. He brings with himself as a terrific leader with an ability to manage critical task, lead the process and handle crisis responsibly. His expertise lies in Accounting, Indirect Taxation and related Advisory Services is an asset to the firm.

Amit B Bachani, ACA
Partner - Ahmedabad

Amit is partner of the firm and is Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his practice as a partner of R B A B & Co in 2016 and then merged with Tarun Kandhari & Co LLP in 2018, and since then he has been a partner of the firm. He is specialized in field of Auditing & Accounting. Currently operating from our Ahmedabad branch, he also has exposure in the field of Financial Planning, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit, also has superior knowledge about the economic scenario. Has been in the field of Accounting and Auditing since the beginning of his career. This facilitates his understanding of the subject field of Auditing & Assurance, Internal Audits, Revenue, and Processes & Systems.

Hema is a partner of the firm since 2018 and is responsible for managing operations in Bangalore. She brings with herself more than 20 years of experience in the field of management and teaching. Her simple methods make things clear for client’s understanding. She is also a known visiting faculty in various colleges and institutions in Karnataka.

Paramjit is an effective leader with amazing technical knowledge. He has been a partner of the firm since 2018.
